Behind Suicide - A Mother's Story - ***Trigger Warning*** In this episode we are discussing suicide and the after effects.
In this episode, to mark suicide awareness month, I chat with an old friend of mine, Regina. In December of 2020 Regina lost her 28 year old son, Gary, to suicide. Here she tells us about Gary, the events of the night she lost him, and the effect on her life afterwards. She also has some advice for parents who are dealing with suicide today.
