Smooth Meditator - Okay, Okay, so we talk about meditation a lot, but I still find it difficult. In this episode I chat with Jeff Patterson, from Portland, Oregon in the United States. I've called the episode "Smooth Meditator" because when chatting with Jeff you get the feeling of calmness from him.
