Suicide - In this episode we tackle the subjects of trauma and suicide. For this I am joined by Dylan Sessler, a mental health coach, who had to come to terms with his father's suicide when he was a child, then active duty in the Afghanistan war and his own suicidal thoughts. After a lifetime of trauma Dylan now uses his experiences to inspire others. He has over half a million people that follow him on TikTok, he is also a professional speaker, podcast host of The Dylan Experience, entrepreneur, combat veteran, and author of the book, Defy the Darkness: A Story of Suicide, Mental Health, and Overcoming Your Hardest Battles.
